Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy “Preferred” / Computer science / Business / Supply Chain Management, or similar field

Job Description:

  • Plan and manage company’s overall supply to the institutional customers in AD & Al Ain.
  • Prioritizes all potential accounts and build strong business relationships with all the related departments in the hospital.
  • Stock Forecasting/ Planning stock requirement to avoid delays and supply penalties.
  • Follow up with the logistics team regarding the ETA for the Purchase Orders.
  • Works with the sales team to ensure target is met and maximized revenue for the Organization
  • Responsible for analyzing governmental sales, setting targets for a given period, comparing sets of goals and achieved results.
  • Coordinate with the customers and the store for a smooth supply.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Regular visits to the customers, and prompt action to their e-mails and their urgent deliveries
  • Follow up the payment collection from the authorities.
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the team for smooth work flow.
  • Leads the team in executing best practices as per the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and understand business practices, elicit and define requirements, and identify appropriate solutions and options.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports and Provide periodic reports to the institutional manager on the supply performance.
